AK type oscillation suspensions are made of sphero cast iron, inner parts, steel flange welded steel profile with mounting holes on them. It can be used as a vibrating motor that oscillates in one direction or in the form of suspension or foot mounting in the direction of transport in eccentric driven separators and sieves. AK type oscillation suspensions are suitable for use in short amplitude shaking and linear moving systems. In system assembly, the length of the fitting between the two AK type oscillation suspensions is determined depending on the oscillation amplitude of the system. AK type oscillation suspensions are connected to the surface to be connected through flanch bolt holes. The interconnection part is supplied by the customer. If the two AK type oscillation elements are paired with the right and left threads opened, the distance can be easily adjusted.

Type AK installation
The installation angle of type AK oscillating element is dependent on the transferred material and transfer capacity. Usually the installation angle is chosen from 10 to 30 degrees.
* Type AK oscillating elements are manufactured with right-hand or left-hand threads. It should be mounted via side walls of table, screen, etc systems. If side walls are not suitable, it can also be assembled between the screen and the chassis. In case of operation close to resonance, the dynamic suspension value, for instance 2 pieces AK35 oscillating element, should be calculated as given on the sample.
Fixation stud bolt
For easy installation and adjustment, the stud bolt should have right hand thread on one end and left hand thread on the other end.
